Casserole of carrots and cottage cheese with prunes

Preparation:

Coarsely grate a carrot and simmer it in water. Pour semolina with a thin stream, stirring it at the same time, and boil until it is thick. Grate a cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with carrots, add a raw egg, butter, sugar, salt, pre-steamed and chopped prunes. Mix it all well, put in a greased baking tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with melted butter and bake in the oven.

When casserole is ready, serve it with the sour cream.
