De cecco

The company was founded in 1886 by De Cecco brothers in the small Italian town Fara San Martino. De Cecco is a family Italian brand of premium class. The paste production is based on the original and unique recipe of Filippo De Cecco, which laid the foundations of the tradition of quality more than a century ago. To produce pasta “De Cecco” uses grits (semola) made from the very “heart” of a grain of wheat, which is rich nutrient and gluten.
