“Urbani Tartufo” is one of the most respected producers of truffles in Italy specialized in collection, sale and processing of these precious mushrooms. This family business was set up in 1850 by Carlo Urbani. Thanks to his efforts Urbani family became not just usual mushroom pickers, but true pioneers in the development of truffle culture, not only in Italy, but also abroad. Currently, their business is continued by representatives of the fourth generation of Urbani dynasty.
